The customer can choose to make use of our shuttle service (service fee not included in price).
The shipping service allows you to receive the product in a more convenient and appropriate manner. You will receive it to the desired address without any concerns about transportation, delivery and/or assembly.
Given the nature of the product, deliveries are not allowed to Post Office boxes.
We take responsibility for any damage caused by transport, delivery and assembly of the article.
The customer must check the content of the order on delivery so that, in the event that the item is damaged, a claim should be filled with the carrier and, within 24 hours, report this event by e-mail to our Customer Support Department (apoioaocliente@sofaszone.pt).
The customer is allowed to pick up the item themselves within the first three business days after the processing of the order has been completed in one of Sofás Zone establishments (During opening hours).
We will communicate via e-mail the exact date on which to pick up your order.
In order to pick up your order, you must drive to a Sofás Zone store accompanied by proper identification (either ID Card or Driver's License).
We suggest that your vehicle is the proper size for the material to be transported. The packaging of the goods is also the responsibility of the customer as is the necessary equipment for this purpose.
We are not liable for any damage caused as a result of transport, delivery and assembly at the customer's residence.
Our deliveries are conducted in continental Portugal.
