How to buy online?

To buy from our online store, you will have to initially login, browse the website and search for the desired article and the respective color, then add it to your basket. The last step will be choosing the payment method.

 

What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are as follow

  • Visa / Mastercard ;
  • Bank transfer,
  • ATM reference;
  • Paypal.

 

What is the cost of transportation?

This varies, during the ordering process, when you supply in your adress, the cost will be shown.

 

What is the order delivery date?

Depending on the desired article - This can vary between 30 and 60 days. If we have the article in stock the delivery can be done earlier.

 

Can I pick up the order in the store?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the order yourself in one of our stores, during the operating hours of said store. 
 You just have to send us an email to apoioaocliente@sofaszone.pt and the item must be paid.

Can I make a reservation?

Reservations cannot be made through our online store, only orders.

 

What should I do if the product arrives damaged or with a defect?

If this happens, you must provide details in the delivery note and take a photo of the damage in question and send it to apoioaocliente@sofaszone.pt. In case of severe damage to  goods, you should send  the item back via the carrier. To do this we request that you contact with the carrier.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes do your order up until reception of the order confirmation email, after which any changes will not be possible.

 

I changed my mind with regard to a sofa that I bought online and would like to retract the sale agreement. Who pays the cost of returning the sofa?

All returing costs are the customers responsability.

 

My order is defective, will it be changed or repared?

In this specific case it will depend on the defect. If it is a severe manufacturing defect and is detected during the act of delivery, we will change the product for a new one,  if the defect is caused during use, however, we will repair it, provided that this item  is within its warranty period and that the article is in good working condition.

 

How long will it take for my article to be repaired?

The article takes 30 days to be repaired after it is delivered by the client to one of our stores.

 

My article is not within the warranty period - can your post-sale service intervene?

Yes, we will provide the client with a budget for the assistence and repair.

 

I left my article in a SofásZone store to be repaired, how can I check on its repair ?

You can check the state of repair - by contacting apoioaocliente@sofaszone.pt.

 

Can I increase the warranty of my article?

No, it is not possible to increase the warranty.

 

What are the procedures, for importing  an article?

Send us an email with your intentions and we will investigate the possibility.

 

If the article that I bought doesn't fit through the entrance of my home. What can i do?

You can return or change the article for one that fits your needs. We note that SofásZone is not responsible for poorly taken measurements, it is the customers responsability for any and all consequences that occur as a result of doing so delivery with ropes, cranes and other abnormal situations are not included in the cost of transportation. At any time you have a question about the noted situations, please contact customer support.

What should I do in case of failure to comply with the delivery date?

In case of failure to comply with the delivery date, the client can file a complaint and/or first ask for an explanation, and be informed of the new delivery date.
