Sofaszone is a company that specializes in selling sofas and mattresses. Sofaszone sells its products, in the various stores scattered through out the country as well as through its online store.
The general conditions are shown to define the selling arrangements between the company and its customers. A client is any natural or legal entity that orders from our webstite (www.sofaszone.pt).

The confirmation of the order by the customer, automatically leads to the acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

Sofaszone reserves the right to change, without previous notice, the terms of use or other regulations published on the website.
Prices
The public sale prices include the VAT rate in effect (23%) and are referenced in euros.
Product prices can change at any time.
The prices indicated on the website are correct, except in the case of a data insertion error. If an order is made on an item whose price is wrong, we reserve the right to cancel it and refund the customer the amount paid.
The prices/campaigns of the online store can be different from those in physical stores.
Order
When the customer places their order through the website, they must provide the necessary details in the provided form. Prior to validating the order, they must review the form to confirm the data. Sofaszone is not liable for any mistake related to email address or orders, as a result of poorly completed forms.
The confirmation of the order is sent to the client via email, after it is properly signed, provided that the supplied email does not have any errors.
Any customer can cancel an order within a maximum of 15 days. The client can cancel it via email by, providing the data supplied in the order form.
Payment
Sofaszone reserves the right to refuse delivery to a customer, who as not paid for the product in full.
All payments must be made within 15 days after placing the order. After this period, if payment has not been received, the order will automatically be canceled.
Payment methods
The customer can pay via any of the following methods: cash, bank transfer, PayPal or EasyPay (available only on orders made through the website).
Anti-fraud control
Bounced checks and all types of abusive forgery of checks and credit cards will be subject to an immediate lawsuit.
Deadlines
The deadlines for orders vary depending on the purchased product.
The abovementioned shipping dates are appicable after payment has been received, which will be confirmed via email thereafter.
Invoice
The purchase order made by a customer does not serve as an invoice. Whatever the order or payment method may be, the customer will only receive the invoice along with the goods at the time of delivery.
It is not possible to change the invoice data after shipping of the goods.
Packaging
The products are packed and packaged in the best possible way to reach the place of delivery in perfect condition.
Delivery
Orders are delivered (transport fee are not included in the item price) to the address provided by the customer in the form.
You will be informed of the date of delivery of your order. In case of the impossibility of receiving the item on the agreed upon date without notice to Sofas Zone, the costs incurred will the assumed by the customer, as well as the return of product.
Order reception
We recommend that all delivered orders be checked, and that the customer makes any notes about the state of the product in the delivery note, in case of partial or total damage.
Product status verification is considered valid once the delivery note is signed.
Acceptance of Terms and Condictions
You are responsible for any costs, expense, damage or loss in case of infringement of these Terms and Conditions.
In case of dispute the competent court is the one of the District of Porto, with the express waiver of any other.
