The customer has the right to return the order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product / order.
The refund will only be made after a technical verification of the product status and verification of compliance with the conditions described.
If the customers wants a refund, it will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of the receipt of the product by Sofas Zone.
If you wish to return you must first contact us via email: apoioaocliente@sofaszone.pt, or you can head to one of our stores, with the respective purchase invoice and let us know whether you wish to make an exchange or want a refund.
Under no circumstances send the items without first contacting since they will not be processed.
Sofaszone takes responsibility for the return postage and for reference if the order is damaged during transport. In this situation an exchange will have to be made for the same item.
If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, the return postage and referral will be the customer's responsibility.
At the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery team, the product's condition should be checked before signing the delivery note and thus accepting the order.
